I think ww is frightened to make any bet based on the company's statements about the financials and the Form 10. PCM, you missed you calling in life, you should have been a Court Jester, spinning fantasy tales for your supper to entertain the gathered throng. <Moderator> Regarding financials, we expect to file financials before the end* of Q2* #reply-8179548 Seems rather clear and unequivocal to me, especially since they said it at least five (5) times in this section of the transcript alone. They didn't say they would be filing a quarterly report - they said financials. Now, with a properly filed Form 10, they could meet their own self-imposed deadline by having an audited 1998 statement (as well as the other audits), unaudited 1st quarter, along with a discussion of any material events which may have occurred since the close of the first quarter and the date of filing. What is it you don't understand here? Oh BTW, Here's the bet I'm willing to make: I bet they will do what they have said they will do regarding the financials. I am also willing to bet that ww will not take that bet. Yep, your right I don't take sucker bets since all the Company said is that they intend to file by the end of the second quarter. Intentions and a buck will get you a cup of coffee. Keep going PCM...Spin, twist, obfuscate, deny. ww
