OK let's get a class action lawsuit going and maybe we can not just lose half of our money LET'S LOSE IT ALL!!!!!!!!!!! YEH LET'S GO OUT IN STYLE DUDE!!! You guys are morons to think that you would get a penny. I really have to laugh and believe you are children online with mom and dad's SI account. Listen up I am going to give you some good advice and here it is: YOU GOT SCAMMED! I DID TOO! But I have half of a brain and will hold until the dividend is issued in a few months.

However I am grateful for people like Cody because he will drive this issue down to a penny and I will buy a million shares and when the dividend date grows near the price will inevitably rise and I will make me a whole lot of money. See I am down alot like everyone else but if you trade pennies you know that if you wait long enough you will get back your money maybe even make some. This a revolving door folks new investors come in (price rises) old investors leave (price falls). It keeps repeating itself. I will guarantee one thing: The price will rise before the dividend date and fall after the dividend is issued. If you can keep your comments to yourself Cody maybe TNRG will rise above your entry price and you can get out breakeven or slightly ahead.

i don't think anyone wants to hear class action in this forum.
the court system in this country is the last place you want to get involved. the only winners are the lawyers. i am long in tnrg not necessarily preferred but temporarily thats the way it is. you have adequately pointed out flaws in the documents generated by the tnrg exec. which were depended on by investors of tnrg during the past couple of weeks. the pr person tap could only work with what was available,in my opinion. so the stockholders have had to absorb a fair amount of downside at this juncture.i bought at .60 so i do know the feeling! in the meantime i will continue to average down. i will continue to silently encourage the mashers and bashers to come out and
and keep the stock at low levels so i can purchase more, and await good pr and action from what i hope is a severely brow-beaten exec,
mr.tilton i believe.
