JUST BACK FROM BLACKHAWK, COLO. I tried to find out if HOPR or CWRC was building a casino, but was not successful. The person I needed to talk to was not available at the time. Lots of construction going on, but not for HOPR or CWRC. Amazing little town. It and Central City are practically one and the same, only divided by a sign. The person with information is the City Planner. His name is Bryce Matthews, (303) 582-0615, FAX (303) 582-2239. I got his card but he was gone at the time. His clerk said if anyone knew what was going on, he was the one. Suggest you call him if you want straight info.
