Given his verbal support of the company, the lack of commentary makes me conclude that his observations weren't favorable.

No wonder why you missed the run on PABN, your conclusions are based on the ability to read peoples mind :)

i can tell you that a prefab home gets built in about 4 weeks maximum, including all facilities etc... i used to do that for many years shipping homes...precut framing and assembling, painting, putting the whole thing together in Hokkaido in Japan...

this belize thing is a joke... our homes were built according to UBC code of California..so they have a 85 miles per hour wind resistance...40psf snow load etc...2x6 framing.... heavy duty...

this belize shelter should have been built in a matter of 3 weeks... and i also include foundation in those 4 weeks we built...

install finished plumbing insulation etc.... at most it would take us 6 weeks depending if it was bigger than 1800sq.ft or not...
