Well, when they ever get around to actually filing to form a Federal Thrift, as they have claimed that they will do at some time in the future, then I suppose the FBI will spring into action. But until they do file, all of what you are saying is nonsense. They can't be given a clean bill of health, if they never make an appointment to see the doctor now can they?

Maybe you ought to get your blow hole fixed. Smoke is escaping at an alarming rate.

Aw gee Coop, June 1, and the Office of Thrift Supervision is updated as of today and why darn if the FirstStates/PABN/PWRT application is still not listed. Or is it that they are being really clever and using a name like Fidelity, Aetna or T. Rowe Price, and so really have us faked out?

So why do you suspect then that the FBI is investigating John Schmitz if there was no application for a thrift yet? Is there something more sinister involved here, or did Bill Black just lie to you? Hmmmm?

Coop,
Our boy is flipping out, more than usual. I have serious concerns, more than in the past, about his mental stability.
Warm Regards,
