I wish you would tell me how to fry tofu so it is crispy on the outside. I had that a few times at the New Orleans Hilton, they had a gourmet health lunch buffet when I was working downtown in New Orleans, it was SO GOOD!

And, how do you pressure cook beans? I have a new pressure cooker, and I haven't tried that yet.

I love tofu, but don't do anything interesting with it. I don't love it quite enough really work with it, I guess. Can you tell me an interesting thing to do with tofu that is exceedingly easy and quick? (Besides just putting it in chicken soup or, my favorite, getting take out from the Chinese restaurant, of course.)
