It looks like the JazPiper is not using MicroOS: "JazPiper File Management Software" This can be found on page two of the features.

Interesting....almost reminds me of the EDIG patent which I and Savant were discussing. Hmmmm....although you found it doesn't use MicroOS, that doesn't mean that it doesn't infringe upon MicroOS either. Just food for thought (no need to explain that there are probably 100 different patents to achieve the same thing).
