You forgot to mention that on 0.18 the K7 die is 108 to Coppermine's 122. K7 will be ahead of Coppermine in MHz and it's not dependent on Rambus.

Fact: The K7 will use an external 2.5V supply.
Fact: The K7 will regulate this down to 1.6V internally.
