Hello Guy, I am not short SCH at the moment but may be later. <g> I have not used SCH nearly as long as you but I have used them for about 3 years. When I first went with them, their service was great but within the last 6 mths or so it has been terrible. Now if you only try to access them on a slow day or during slow periods on a fast day, no problem. "Schwab's service is the best of the online brokers -- by far -- from my experience." Well, first of all that is not much of a recommendation. Kinda like saying "I am the best of the bad", Anyway it appears you have had your problems also.
