Thanks for your response. re: Oh, you like my Pure solution. Very good. The company which pulls their own Pure will benefit exponentially. The FCC would allow such a company to pull right along MSO ROW. MSO could not object. This will eventually happen, but it isn't necessary now to supply everyone adequate broadband delivery. I vote for QWST. Have you seen the cable laying equipment they have? They have this on machine that well lift up one leg as it goes over mail boxes. Pure should be done. One of the main purpose of our government should be setting standards, and to get big projects done. Running pure through the country IMO would be very good use of my tax dollars. I can't remember the name of the program that was set-up to run copper long ago, but the same should be done for pure. It will not happen though, we are too democratic, that's why we have free for all in the cellular industry, with a lack of standard.
