Here's a recent IPO based in Florida with an interesting business plan. It figures Brazil's market for computers will grow 30%/yr and is committed to being THE supplier to Brazil. "Vitech America, Inc. is a US-based manufacturer and distributor of personal computers, business systems integration and network equipment, and related products. The company is focusing its operations on Brazil, a market experiencing explosive growth for technology oriented products. In the PC sector, the core business for Vitech, analysts project an annual growth rate for the Brazilian market of approximately 30% for the next eight to ten years. Vitech has established its own brand name products and distribution network to take advantage of the positive demographic and economic climate that is stimulating PC demand." This one is rather undiscovered. It moved up recently on good volume but now is retracing down back near 11 on light volume. Let's get a good discussion going. This is something of a family-owned business and there may be some issues that haven't quite come out of the woodwork Michael Burry | ||||||||||||||
