MediaX is an exciting new multi-media company positioned to produce outstanding multi-media products such as CD-ROMS, Interactive Internet 3-D Games, and business Internet applications to name a few.

CEO of Company is Ranier Poertner who is also CEO of Syncronys Softcorp(SYCR), and brings to the table a great marketing and distribution mind. His wife Nancy Poertner is the President of the company, and from what I understand is basically in charge since a vast majority of Ranier's time is consumed by Syncronys.

Total shares in float are estimated to be only 3.2 million.

Company recently signed an agreement to produce a series of 5 CD's by Peter Norton - Computer Guru. This agreement should provide MediaX with substantial revenues for the first time in 1997.

I expect more announcements to come in the near future, and I would appreciate anyone's help in researching this company in greater detail.
