This a Savings and Loan company that took over a bankrupted company's accounts.(Don't know the details) But FORTUNE MAGAZINE's write-up idicated Ambase's lawsuit against the government's FDIC branch would result in a huge payoff of 400% plus return.

I bought the stock at $1.59 and it is currently up to 2.70+ a share. My only heartburn is I can't seem to get in touch with any company officials regarding the status of the lawsuit.

Anyone out there with more information?
