How many companies get $7.6 million and are trading under $1 per share...This company is trading at .06 cents a share.....Was $9+ a couple years ago on anticipation of what was just announced...They own a huge piece of property in lasVegas near the strip that has 175 units....the units are 90% complete, to be sold as time share somewhere in the next couple of weeks....Lots of shares outstanding but expect the company to post .15 cents a share in earnings over the next 12 months on this property alone...should see news regarding additional properties shortly....Do the math on this puppy....175 units x 52 weeks x $11,800 comes out to over $100 million in revenues and $20 million in net profits.....LasVegas is one the hottest areas of the country and they shouldnt have a hard time selling out.
