Effective June 17, 1998, Epic Resources (B.C.) (ERB.v)
and Safari International Resources (SIR.v) merged and began trading
as a new company, Epic Gas and Oil (EAS.v). Former holders of
shares of Epic and shares of Safari were entitled to receive 1.0
share of Epic Oil and Gas for each Epic share and 0.9 Epic Oil and
Gas shares for each Safari share.
