On May 7th 1997 HCOM starts public trading on the Nasdaq Exchange after it's IPO at $6.00 a share. On Jan 2nd 1998 HCOM hits a High of $16 a share.
Having Survived and Gained stock price value during weeks and months of Rough market conditions, HCOM, just 10 days after hitting it's High of $16.00, comes Crashing down to 7 11/16, lossing 43% of it's value in a single day!
No News to account for the Huge Drop.
Invester Relations at HCOM says they are as purplexed as anyone.
What is the reason for the huge Drop in a single day? and
Can we Profit from the Large Slamming in price, much as some of us did with GMTC last week? ( GMTC 25% Gain in the 3 days following it's apx. 60% Drop in a single day )
Lets try to find out!
Long or Short, there is a nice profit to be made here in the Short Term. ( Long Term, we will worry about once we get past the current Short Term potiential )
