Geo2 Ltd. (Australian Stock Exchange - GEL, OTC Pink Sheets for ADR's - GEOTY) Listed in Australia will list late this year on a U.S. Exchange. Has agreements with U.S., Australian and Chinese Governments and various major Companies such as Newmont, Pall.
Developed 11 technologies.
Acid Mine Remediation - GPProcess. The U.S. Energy Dept. and EPA have chosen this technology for further testing to clean up acid mine water, a major world problem. Some of the technology has already been bought by Newmont and another is under test. A major multi-billion dollar world market exists for succesful technology.
Water purification. Has developed mobile water purification units, already sold in Australia and around Asia. Chinese Government has entered into agreements to buy and trial these technologies to clean up and remediate polluted waters which is a very major problem in China. Geo2 has established an office in China to manage ventures and sales. A potential multi-billion dollar market.
Oil/Water Separator. Contracted with Royal Australian Navy and developed and sold units to clean bilge & ballast water. Very major international shipping market exists for this product. Pall of the U.S. (world's largest water filtration company) has signed an agreement to test this product for sale in U.S. has application for sale to industry and to gas stations, car washes to clean up oily water - a very major market.
Enviroclean technology to clean up polluted soils being tested by Dulux and joint venture with Australian State Government to clean up sites polluted with DDT, chrome , lead etc.
Has developed precious metals mining technologies that do not use cyanide. Chinese Govt. has started a joint venture to mine precious metals where cyanide is forbidden due to massive pollution and threats to industry i.e. aquaculture. Chinese also sold controlling interest in one of seven refineries to process precious metals. A major market with international potential.
Also has other technologies under development. Market cap is only US$25M and cash flow has started. Issued Shares 89.4M current price A$0.32 warrants 47.2M current price A$0.13.
