Well it looks like Yahoo is buying out Broadcast.com for somewhere around $5.7 billion. There must be something to this streaming media stuff.
How about a thread to find other companies in this field that should benefit from the increase in bandwidth which is slowly coming. Some companies in this area: Real Networks - RNWK, Spinner.com, any others?
