This is my revised best buy list of mutual funds. The funds listed are the ones that passed all my criteria. The best funds are:

Oakmark Fund
Brandywine Fund
William Blair Growth
Stein Roe Capital Oppertunities
Price Mid - Cap Growth
Janus Enterprise
PBHG Growth
Janus Worldwide
Janus Mercury
Price Science and Tech.
Vanguard Specialized Health Care

Longleaf Partners would be included in this list except that it is closed to new investors.
