Good story with KTCC?

I own Key Tronic Corp. since March 95 - I originally bought it because
they were a dominant player in their market and they had rapidly
expanding earnings projections. However, its been a dog so far, even
though the chart may be basing. I was considering dumping it for
my favorite semi stocks but someone called Joc Quote left a very
interesting note on the chart page saying that they were about to
emerge from OEM into the retail channel and that they were partnering
with Intel and Microsoft on some product offerings. Since KTCC has
been dropped from my research book does anyone know more about this?
How about the projected earnings? Help is very much appreciated.
