Amoil resources recently consolidated 3 old shares for 1 new one. They have some properties on Sandy Lake in Alberta. They announced a merger with Fountain Oil which is listed on the Nasdaq exchange at about six dollars. Usually after a consilidation you would expect the share price of any company to fall back. Amoil's (AOL-ASE) price instead did the opposite. Their last price before consolidation was at $0.13 cents. After consolidation their closing price on Friday was $0.60 cents. That's the equivalent of going from $0.39 to $0.60 in one day. that's a hefty jump. There has also been alot of volume recently. I think something is going on here. I would do some good hard research on this company. As you might have noticed, I have shares in this company that I've held on to for quite a while. I think the only way is up for this company. Please do due diligence on this company and come forward with whatever thoughts you might have.
