CHB is the second largest manufactured housing company in the US.

The company is committed to average annual earnings growth of 20% or more.

For the past couple of years they have managed to achieve that goal through acquisitions and by carving a nice niche for themselves making multi-family units and homes of higher quality and price than the "typical" manufactured home.

With the cost of new "site built" homes continually rising and with changes in zoning laws permitting manufactured housing in more and more areas they seem to be in the right place at the right time.
