Looking for opinions on proposed takeover by International Pursuit (IPJ), pro or con.

What impact could upcoming news releases (drill results from Indonesia) have on share prices on both companies? Results in one or two weeks, takeover in four or five.

What positive or negative effects could a merger have on a post takeover IPJ.

It it even a possibility that IPJ might have to sweeten offer?

Give me your input.
