Here is a new stock offer that has (IMO) great potential. It has not been shorted and no appearance of downward pressure. Few people know about it (will be changing shortly) and I think there are going to be some major announcements and press releases out this week concerning some different recording artists. The owners have a great deal of experience and contacts in the industry. We should see some action soon. Richard Gunslinger Records Gunslinger Records is a Phoenix-based entertainment company whose business focuses on a "niche market within the music industry: MUZC serves as both a recording and management company primarily to "up-and-coming" talent who have emerged in the Phoenix music scene. Industry Background In the last few years, Phoenix has become a major hub in the American music scene. Increasing numbers of Grammy-winning artists and producers, such as The Gin Blossoms, Megadeath and The Refreshments, have emerged from this regional hot spot for music talent. The market now competes with Seattle as the pre-eminent place for new artists to develop their talent and solidify recording and management contracts. MUZC Strategy MUZC, which has been in existence for almost three years, has made a name for itself within the music business by successfully tapping into this talent market and operating as the predominant regionally-based record label and artist management company. Using stringent criteria for choosing artists to contract with, MUZC focuses in individuals who not only have a proven popularity track record within the southwestern region but also have a capacity to be developed at low cost. MUZC screens out artists who they believe have substance abuse histories or personality problems which would make them difficult to develop. Instead, MUZC concentrates on artists who can be successfully recorded and distributed at minimal expense - keeping the company's net profits high. MUZC offers its artists a full range of services including record and CD production, artist management, promotion assistance, publishing services, technical support and market assistance. In addition, the Company has a distribution network for its records/CDs which includes agreements with Tower Records and Best Buy. MUZC Management Team MUZC is run by Michael Lorello and Richard Lorello - two brothers with long, successful careers in the music business. Michael Lorello has been a successful producer, engineer, songwriter and musician for numerous artists including Michael Jackson, Gloria Estefan, George Michael and Queen. In addition, Michael Lorello has received a number of gold records and recently received a platinum record for work with Coolio. Richard Lorello has spent over twenty years in the music business working with major record companies. Together, they bring a strong working knowledge of the music business and the necessary elements for success to the company. MUZC Stock MUZC's stock began publicly trading in October, 1997 on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol MUZC. the stock initially opened at $5 per share with 3.2 million shares issued and outstanding.
