Anyone heard of this company? Undiscovered or unworthy?

This is the Yahoo synopsis: Integrated Measurement Systems manufactures, designs, markets and services a family of versatile, high performance engineering test stations used to test and measure complex electronic devices. For the nine months ended 9/97, net sales fell 2% to $36.4 million. Net income rose 3% to $4.5 million. Revenues suffered from delay of customer purchase decisions for Test Stations. Net income benefitted from a higher gross margin due to higher margin product sales.

Over the year through 3/98, they have traded between 10-20, and now are at 10. Capitalization of $80m. Took recent price dive on earnings warning news due to loss of sales to largest customer. Shows a PE of 16, with $3.35/share of cash, and price/sales ratio (assuming distribution of cash)of about 1.6.
