Hello to all. Just created this subject to see if ANYONE knows whats going on with TARC. I've been long forever and there's been no news released and no activity at all. Then the stock runs up on high volume over some legal matter that I didnt even know existed. Ive asked around but NOONE seems to have a clue. Any information?
