Cann't believe there is no thread for TRNI. Could have started the thread under the Transportation section, but thought Misc. technology seemed more appropriate. The company is a leading niche manufacturer of bus interior lighting, electronic information systems and related components for the transportation industry. First quarter 1998 revenues were up 15% with EPS up 20%. Company expects quarterly revenues to rise 20% vs 1997 for the rest of 1998. Incoming orders in Q198 were 75% ahead of last year adding creditability to company expectations for 20% top line growth. Assuming 34-35% GP margins and controlled SG&A expenses total EPS for 1998 could hit $1.25-$1.27. This would be a 44% increase from 1997. With shares currently selling at $15-$16 the forward looking PE is a conservative 12.6 Twelve month price target of $25 would seem to be reasonable. If interested, be carefull buying as the market makers keep wide spreads between bid and asked prices. Go for stock at prices between the wide spreads. Good luck to all.
