The last I looked today the C$ was below the $0.66 as to the US$. What can or should be done as soon this will start affecting the Canadian economy? The easy and probably only short term solution would be to raise interest rates but is that all that is needed? The Canadian government needs to lower taxes among other solutions or we very well could become the third world country to the north. Any other thoughts on the matter?
