Boole and Babbage, Inc. develops and markets enterprise automation software solutions for managing service levels in multivendor, distributed computing environments. For the nine months ended 6/98, revenues rose 11% to $160.2 million. Net income totalled $26.4 million, up from $6.2 million. Revenues reflect increased product licensing. Net income benefitted from the absence of $11.3 million in acquisition costs and higher interest income on more lease contracts.

Recent Earnings Announcement
For the 3 months ended 09/30/98, revenues were 58,036; after tax earnings were 10,260.
