From the WSJ: IFX Corporation is a holding company for IFX Ltd., a London-based foreign exchange business, and FX Chicago. Formerly a commodity brokerage operating as Index Futures, FX Chicago's assets were bought by E.D. & F. Man International. IFX Ltd. continues to operate as a registrant of the British Securities and Futures Authority, with two employees, Graham Wellesley and Lorenzo Naldini, owning slightly less than 50% of the company. The only other revenues for IFX Corporation, formerly Jack Carl/312-Futures, Inc., come from sales of its assets and interest on capital.
