I would like to start a forum on a company which may offer a good opportunity for investment. Westview Multimedia WMM (ASE) will be aquiring all the outstanding securities of MegaWheels Media a privately held company (5,800,000 private shares) which will then go public and trade as MegaWheels.Com They already have a web site at megawheels.com Shares of Westview Multimedia are trading on the ASE exchange for under .40 cents.... you will get 1 new "internet" share for every 2 Westview share.
Here is some of the good news:
1. the company has over $1,500,0000 cash in the Bank.....
2. only 7,550,000 shares to be trading.....
3. 175 dealers online now with 500-1000 dealers planned....
4. compnay has an advertising deal with Chrylser.....
5. will have their own magazine to compete head on with AutoTrader...
6. planning a $25 million dollar IPO....
7. plan on listing on the TSE and Nasdaq.....
8. it's an internet stock and the internet is here to stay....
9. internet buying and internet sales are steadily increasing.....
10. the stock is cheap and can get in early.....
