Hi: Central banks around world have been keeping cut interest rates since last year. The world financial market is flooded by the easy money created from the thin air. However, the commodity price is still depressed, and inflation rate is almost zero. Then, where does the money go? How is this huge amount of money created by modern alchemist, the central bankers, going to impact the global economic system in case of the steep decline of price of US equity market? I hope people who are serious about the future of the global economy can shed some lights on my two humble questions. Any opinion is appreciated. Don Tang | ||||||||||||
