If you haven't read the report on the front page of Silicon Investor "Internet and Semi Equipment stocks to shine" posted March 28, its a must before you research VNTK. VNTK seems tailor made to the criteria which the article speaks of.
Like Peter Lynch says you have to turn over a lot of stones before you can find one young hot growth company like Vianet tech. All the Internet plays wrapped in one stock with great management.
Vianet Technologies Inc. (VNTK) is currently pending an acquisition of Develcon Inc. (DLC.TSE ). Mr. Peter Leighton and Mr. Jeremy Posner President and Chairman respectively have vast experience finding undervalued companies and restructuring them as they have done so many times in the past Develcon electronics inc. has been in business for 15 years specializing in enterprise network solutions voice over pi and solutions and LAN/WAN connectivity. The merger of Vianet Technologies Inc. (VNTK) and Develcon Inc. (DLC.TSE) is expected to be approved by Develcon (DLC.TSE) Shareholders on or about April 15, 1999.

Vianet Tech's ability to handle voice video and data technologies gives them a strong foundation in this very large and fast growing Internet and high tech world we live in the co. may be small now but in the days to come will grow into a Internet wonder.
