Stop-N-Sock, Ltd. Announces Agreement to Acquire COST PLUS FIVE.COM, INC.
BERMUDA DUNES, Calif., March 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Stop-N-Sock, Ltd., (OTC Bulletin Board: USAV) announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire the assets of COST PLUS FIVE.COM, INC., a Nevada corporation selling computers, software and other peripheral products in its nine national locations and on its internet website. COST PLUS FIVE.COM, INC. is currently generating approximately $2 million in revenues (unaudited) and expects that figure to increase dramatically as the implementation of its business plan continues. In exchange for its assets, shareholders of COST PLUS FIVE.COM, INC. shall receive 17,000,000 shares of common stock of Stop-N-Sock, Ltd. Stop-N-Sock, Ltd. will change its name to COST PLUS FIVE.COM, INC. and the management of COST PLUS FIVE will assume control of the company.

COST PLUS FIVE intends to expand its national presence through acquisition and consolidation of strategically located sites. In addition to selling computer wares, COST PLUS FIVE.COM, INC. also sells memberships in a club that allows members to buy products at a price just 5% above cost and offers an excellent warranty and service program. Along with generating revenues from product sales, the company also generates revenue from its membership fees of $39.95 per individual and $139.95 for a corporate membership. COST PLUS FIVE.COM anticipates enrolling approximately 10,000 members throughout the year and projects that each member will spend an average of $1,000, generating nearly $10 million annually.

COST PLUS FIVE also hosts a "Swap Shop" on its website (costplusfive.com) to facilitate members in selling their used computer products.
