The dude is licensed (he says) to run IRAs and so on. I looked all over his site, and
found nothing that appeared to come very close to the applicable federal law in this
case, which is:

..."[32]: Section 17(b) of the Securities Act [15 U.S.C. 77q(b)] makes it unlawful
to publish any communication describing a security (whether or not the
publication offers the security) where the publishing party receives payment
from the issuer, an underwriter or dealer, without fully disclosing that such
payment has been (or will be) received and the amount paid."

but I did find some funny stuff. Funny to me, that is, not to the SEC when they see it. I interpret that law as meaning the disclaimer should appear on every single post.

Ready? Let's begin!

Getting your company featured on our Web site and promoted on the internet...

...Internet Stock Sites: Like it or not, your company gets exposure all over the
internet. Increasingly, today's online investor will surf the popular internet stock
Web sites looking for any information available on your company before investing.
The information is not always positive. Competitors in your industry have been
known to post negative information on your company in an attempt to sabotage
your efforts to become successful. You need a force out there that will search these
sites on a daily basis, find any offending posts and either have them removed if they
are downright false, fraudulent or libelous, or at the very least put a positive spin
on anything negative. You would be surprised how many CEO had no idea the
slanderous information that was floating around the net concerning their
companies.

How this works is that you or your PR firm will e-mail or fax us information,
preferably 2 to 3 times week, which we will post on the top-ten stock bulletin
boards. We will notify you in regards to any negative information that is being
posted regarding your company and will work with you on developing a statement
to counter such posts. Now when an investor, searching the internet, comes across a
negative post immediately will see a post countering that news or at least putting a
positive spin on it...

You might want to consider some of the stocks we cover...

...Click here if you would like to have your company featured on our popular
website and professionally promoted on the best internet stock sites...

...Varco Oil Tools: I know this is not a small cap stock, but I know the company very
well. I actually used to work there. The CEO taught me how to trade the stock. This
company makes drilling equipment for the oil industry. Anytime oil is over $15 a
barrel, bet the farm...

...Paxson Communications: This is the TV station you see on your cable. It is
actually a network. They air family type programming. Prudential said that if PAX
can get at least a 1 share, they would beprofitable. PAX has averaged a 1.7 share.
The company market cap is $520 million dollars. The value of all their television
stations is between $1.4 and $1.9 billion. You do the math. This stock could easily
hit the mid $20's...

...Entertainment Technologies & Programs: This company's main emphasis is
military entertainment services. They are now moving into the civilian market. ETPI
is a 20 year old fully reporting company. Obviously this is a small company and
only a very minor portion of your equity money should be invested. We usually buy
under $.30 and sell when it gets over $.70. We look for a one to two year price of
$2.00 a share....

...We get paid to promote most of the companies listed here, so do you homework,
investigate before you invest and do your due diligence. You get the idea?...

I envy you guys that got into this stock when it was under $10. I used to work for
Varco and the President taught me the trading techniques for this company.
Basically it was to buy like crazy when oil moves over $15.00 a barrel.

I have seen Varco run up nearly 1000% a couple of years ago and would not be
surprised to see the stock hit $40 to $50 as long as oil keeps going up.

I'm a little wrapped up in one loser and one winner. But have a nice ride.

There is no deal on the table to acquire Paxson Communication. This fact will be
reflected in share price over the next two weeks. Shorts are starting to line up for a
run back to the $5 level.

A PRs job is to get the price of a company where it belongs. It didn't happen, so the
other shoe dropped. Also remember the buy to $4.50, well now you know why. As
Fish says, BYGONES.

Let's get back to business. Earnings will be the main focus.

I got in Friday on the dip below 6 1/2. This company (PAID) is in the right market at
the right time. The comparisons to Beyond.com might seem a bit trite, but in a week
or two you won't think so. The news releases seem to flow positive earning
potentials on a daily basis.

The techie geeks understand that PAID has better T1's, mainframe's and server's
than EBAY. All the better to serve a higher clientele, making even more revenues.
I've seen short term price predictions of $20 to $25 and mid term well above $30 on
several boards, web pages and stock newsletters.
