Pacific Century Cyberworks is a Hong Kong based company with a $6 billion market cap. Significant assets include developing broadband distribution capabilities via satellite throughout Asia, the CyberPort project in Hong Kong, and a venture capital investment arm. Yesterday, CMGI and PCCW announced a share swap of $350 million into each other's companies and a working relationship. Intel also invested $50 million into PCCW earlier.
