JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 11, 2000-- e-MedSoft.com (AMEX:MED) (formerly
OTC:MDTK.), today announced that it has begun trading on the American Stock Exchange(R) (AMEX) effective today,
Tuesday, Jan. 11, under the new symbol "MED."

Previously the Company had announced that it had been approved for trading on AMEX, and that trading would begin
sometime this week.

Also today, John Andrews, President and CEO of e-MedSoft.com, was in New York and rang the opening bell at AMEX,
signaling the commencement of trading.
