This company has an awesome long term chart accumulation base pattern. I took a modest position at $1 a few weeks ago after noticing a 1999 breakout on a long term chart. The chart demonstrates an awesome multiyear flat low volume base acummulation pattern. In 1986 the stock price was well over a hundred dollars and that was pre 1991 1 for 6 reverse split! Recent days have seen a pike to $2.50 and was over $4 on the earlier '99 breakout. Company recently claimed they have no explanation for recent volume and price rise but at the same time came out with some positive news. Could it be that the strong hands are finally getting ready to let this puppy soar? I'm not sure so have taken an initial positon and am watching for signs to buy more. Already at about 100% up but looks like potential here is huge once those that control the stock decide to let it fly!

BISPoint Technologies Responds to Interest in Stock

BUFFALO, N.Y., Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- At the suggestion of the American Stock Exchange, BISPoint Technologies, formerly Barrister Information Systems Corporation (Amex: BIS), addresses with this press release the sudden interest in shares of Barrister Common Stock.
The Company is not aware of the reasons for the current interest in its shares. However, in the next few days the Barrister Global Services Network, a division of BISPoint Technologies, expects to announce the signing of a service contract with a large national distributor of computer equipment. It is expected that this contract could have a favorable impact on the Company's business. Additional information on the contract will be released in a few days. In mid-February the company will also be releasing its results for its third quarter ended December 31, 1999 which will show a loss for the quarter.
