Join the CDMA Development Group (CDG) on Monday, February 7 at 10:00 AM (Pacific) for an online interactive discussion about Third Generation technology. Learn more about the IMT-2000 CDMA Multi-Carrier technology also known as 1X from industry experts who are involved in its implementation.
Jim Takach, Director of Advanced Programs at the CDG, and presenters Gerry Flynn, Executive Director, Technology Development for Bell Atlantic Mobile and Yiuman Leung, Senior Manager, 1XRTT at Nortel Networks, will explore Phase 1 of cdma2000 (1X). They will present information on a variety of topics related to 1X, including worldwide activities tied to Third Generation (3G), deploying a 1X system, cost efficiencies and 1X-enabled applications and services.
