Company History and Direction:

CCC Internet Solutions Inc. (CCC") o/a carcostcanada.com is a 6
month old Mississauga, Ontario, company that is currently the only Canadian
automotive information website that offers the availability of new car
dealer cost on most vehicles available for sale in Canada.
CCC has projected revenues of just under $5,000,000.00 for calendar year
2001 and a forecast of just under $30,000,000.00 in sales after year five.
Given the performance of the website thus far, the dealer network
development and the major media exposure that we have received, the
revenues forecasted may turn out to be somewhat conservative.
The website is a 'must-click' for the 1.3 million new car buyers in Canada
every year. From links to all of the new car manufacturer's websites to
automotive publications and consumer reports, the site is geared to attract
a large number of new members as well as ensuring the renewals of existing
members. CCC's ultimate goal is to simplify the treacherous chore of the
new car automotive purchasing experience. By offering not only research
data, but complete detailed and customizable dealer cost pricing, including
all of those often hidden rebates, hold-backs and incentives, CCC hopes to
bring the excitement of buying a new car back to the forefront.
The website subsequently generates a rare commodity that is of tremendous
value to the new car dealer body from coast to coast. The commodity is, of
course, a qualified new vehicle buyer. One that has just spent up to $49.00
with www.carcostcanada.com for our pricing and other related information.
CCC is currently establishing a new car dealer referral network of 'new
breed' dealerships that see the value of being upfront and honest in order
to reap the benefits of added sales through our members. The dealer network
is projected to encompass over 500 dealers, of all Makes from coast to
coast. The referrals are projected to exceed our target of 10% of all new
car buyers each year.
The website will have an on-line vehicle purchase program within 3 to 4
months, another first in Canada, and several other revenue producing
departments. Automotive group insurance will be available at a significant
discount to Car Cost Canada.com members as well as extended warranties and
many other related products and services.
Thus far Car Cost Canada.com has made significant inroads into Automotive
Cyberspace and is currently considered as one of the best in the industry.
There have been 6 major newspaper articles that have touted our product and
quoted our management team and our website members. The response, both in
paid membership and website traffic has been overwhelming. The newspapers
consist of the Globe & Mail, The Toronto Star, The Montreal Gazette, The
National Post (2 articles), and Canada's largest automotive trade paper,
Canadian Auto World. See quotes below.

Brampton, Ontario. As Chief Technical Director with CCC, Mr. Oszlak was
instrumental in being able to launch www.carcostcanada.com within a very
tight timeline with virtually no technical issues whatsoever. His
dedication extends to not only demanding the absolute finest in attention
to every detail, but the ability to complete each project within budget and
on time.
