American Group, Inc. (MOSS) filed form 10SB12G/A on 1/26/00. The company is currently listed on the Pink Sheets after being delisted from the OTC-BB.

The companies primary focus is harvesting, processing, and selling peat moss (and other soil blends) to the nursery industry. A new state-of-the-art facility is in the final stages of completion near Homestead Florida. The company's web site is: www.theamericangroupinc.com

This board is open to all people with facts or opinions on this company. All information helps. As of this writing the current stock price is approximatly $0.25.
