Belatedly, Corio files for an IPO. The application service provider (ASP) is a gorilla in the market and licenses sfotware from vendors such, as Microsoft and Siebel, and rents them out to customers who seek to outsource application management.

An all-star list of ISVs (software vendors), backers, and to some extent, customers. Like all ASPs, burning through a ton of cash.
