Power-One is a designer and manufacturer of more than 2,500 high-quality brand name power supplies. The Company's power supplies are designed to meet the power needs of various subsystems and components within electronic equipment. The Company sells its products both to OEMs and distributors. The Company's OEM customers include industry leaders such as Cisco, Nortel, Teradyne, Lucent Technologies, Newbridge Networks, Alcatel, Hewlett-Packard, Siemens and Ericsson. The Company is also a provider of power supplies to domestic distributors, including Pioneer Standard Electronics, Avnet Electronics, Arrow, Kent Electronics and Future Electronics.
