Introduction Compact

Every market shows seemingly imperceptible signs of excess prior to peaking at it's final top. These seemingly insignificant items can be helpful in identifying when a top is about to or has already occurred. Examples of singals in prior market tops include the announcement of the next new skyscraper (Empire State Building 1929, Malaysia Twin Towers 1987), the number of automobile models priced at $250,000+ exceeding the last market peak. Post your thoughts here about what may signal the top of this market.
