This one has a vol alert. Been watching since $1.25.

No real sellers for past 2 days that I have seen.

This one could be a very solid LT hold, imo.

SportsNuts.com and MyFamily.com Team Up to Provide Family Sports Information
and Services

Business Editors/High-Tech & Sports Writers

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 13, 2000--

Co-Branded Site Provides Premium Online Services
to Sports-Oriented Families

SportsNuts.com (OTCBB:SPCI) and MyFamily.com Wednesday announced
that they have entered into a strategic alliance designed to allow
families to use the Internet to follow family members and friends who
participate in sports.
The companies are creating a SportsNuts.com/MyFamily.com
co-branded site that will give consumers the opportunity to create a
private family Web site, while also giving users access to photo/video
clips, schedules, scores, and a variety of statistical information
about a family member or friend participating in amateur sports.
SportsNuts.com is also in the process of developing participant,
team, and league registration capabilities through the co-branded
site. With this alliance, SportsNuts.com will become the premier
amateur sports information community partner for MyFamily.com. The
companies anticipate further discussions regarding additional amateur
sports content to be delivered via the MyFamily.com site.
"The alliance of SportsNuts.com and MyFamily.com is a perfect fit
for sports-oriented families that want to share in the athletic
experiences of family members," said Kenneth Denos, the president of
SportsNuts.com.
"Because family members are the primary supporters of amateur
athletes, this alliance will better enable parents, grandparents,
siblings, and extended family members to use the Internet to actively
follow their favorite little league, high school, or adult recreation
league player and team."
"MyFamily.com is pleased to provide quality, family-based services
through a dynamic sports content provider like SportsNuts.com," stated
Bill Keenan, vice president of communities for MyFamily.com. "Our
services compliment the personalized sports content offered by
SportsNuts.com to enable users of the co-branded site to better
support and preserve the memories of family members who participate in
sports."
Sports enthusiasts will soon be able to visit the co-branded site
through either www.sportsnuts.com or www.myfamily.sportsnuts.com.
The site will feature the best services from both
MyFamily.com and SportsNuts.com.
In addition to posting family news, creating online photo albums,
exchanging voice and text chat, and maintaining a calendar of family
events, the co-branded site enables families to track sports
schedules, individual and team statistics, academic and performance
metrics, and photo/video highlights -- in short, a "family-sports hall
of fame."
