Hi.

I have been following a NY company called Misonix with a promising future. Misonix develops, manufactures, and markets
scientific and industrial ultrasonic and air pollution control products.

Misonix has a license agreement with Medical Dvice Alliance, Inc.to give MDA exclusive worldwide marketing and sales rights for the Company's body sculpting medical device. Misonix received $300,000 in licensing fees
and will receive an additional $200,000 with a one year period, plus royalties base upon net sales of its products. The license agreement deals with the company's patent for a liposuction apparatus granted in May 1995 and its 510(K) approval from the
U.S. FDA to market and sell a device for ultrasonic tissue removal.

It recently announced that its 3rd quarter revenue of 2.8 million vs 2.3 million a year ago on income of more than $260,000. That comes to 8-10 cents per share.
Revenue growth has accelerated last quarter from 18% year to year in the 2nd quarter to about 21% last quarter. Official earnings will come out on May 14th.

The recent jump in volume and price of the stock is due to the positive presentation of its Ultrasonic Soft Tissue Removal Device to a group of plastic surgeons in Nashville, Tennessee.
This sounds like a good turnaround company with a new product. It is definitely a bellringer$.
