Introduction Compact

I never felt I could make any real assesment of a stock like I could with a real estate investment.....so most of my money has gone with real estate.....in the late 90's this thinking appeared stupid as all my friends were getting rich on stock investments while my investments sat flat...but now I am the wizard.... thru this thread I would like to share some of my knowledge regarding real estate invesyments and hopefully in return learn some things from others
