These services comprise converged IP, IP VPN, VOIP, Ethernet IP, Internet access, frame relay and ATM, managed solutions, transport, and collocation services. Its collaboration services consist of audio, video, and Web conferencing services. The company primarily serves resellers, fixed and mobile telecom carriers, cable service providers, and Internet service providers, as well as healthcare, technology, logistics, finance, government, systems integrators, and university research and education network sectors. Global Crossing was founded in 1997 and is based in Hamilton, Bermuda.
