PSID has the "best of breed" Biothreat detection equipment available today. It was developed with $36 million in government grant money for that purpose. It's called MBAND (Microfluidics-based Bioagent Networked Detector) and it has recently been shipped to UTC to be tested for deployment throughout S. Korea to protect the  Army and Air Force in that region. PSID is developing a hand held bio threat detection device called Firefly that will process a test in 20 minutes at point of need.
