IOMG just dropped $3.50 in 15 minutes (5 million trades!)

At about 3:15pm today, IOMG dropped from 25 5/8 to 22 1/8 in about 15 minutes. During this time, the volume increased from about 19 million trades to about 25 million trades. 5 million trades in 15 minutes - that's a lot, even for IOMG.

So - what happened?
